To balance out the Fr. Josiah Trenham talks, we’re reading a book on Marriage and Family Life by St. John Chrysostom. Well, not by him, but a composition of some homilies of his on the topic. What we’ve read so far is very good, and surprisingly relevant for how ancient it is. Online homilies of his are available on a Roman Catholic site here, and here. Interesting side note: Because St. John Chrysostom was around before the Great Schism, the Roman Catholic church also lays claim to him as a Church Father.
