I don’t like forwarding emails in general, especially political emails, but this one has a phone number with it, which I have personally called and expressed an opinion against the bill to my congressman’s office, and they have recorded it. I heard this several years ago, and only now just found it. Essentially, it’s an eye-witness account of Christ’s descent into Hades, His emptying of and victory over it. It’s absolutely beautiful and goose-bump inducing. The date is uncertain, but scholars have attributed it to the fourth century. More here…
